Charter on 18 Jun 1997, Rotary Club of Luyang meets every Thursday 7:30pm at The Place Hotel, featuring prominent speakers from various professions. Pre-meeting dinner start at 6:30pm.
With membership strength over 1.2million in 35,000 clubs worldwide, Rotary International (RI) is the first service organization that emphasizes the six area of focus:

Rotary Clubs (RC) are non-political, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. Club membership is by invitation.
RC Luyang is part of RI District 3310 which comprise of Rotary Clubs from Sabah, Sarawak, Brunei, Singapore, Johor & Malacca.
The club took its name from a sub-district of Kota Kinabalu, the state capital of Sabah. Luyang is known for being an urban residential and commercial area of Kota Kinabalu, and this is reflected via its membership that consists of professionals and business leaders in various fields.
